Dr. Chavis answered all of my questions and made this a trauma free experience with his recommendations. Consultant Cheyenne provided top notch customer service and explained in great detail my options and what to expect during recovery. Nurse Danielle at my first post op appointment was thorough and provided information to help with the recovery and healing process. One week later I can say I received the best care from all and am happy that I chose Sonobello. I’m very pleased.

I had a AbEx and skin removal on 10/26/24. My nurses and doctor were very informative and before, during and after the procedure . They explained everything in a way I could understand . I have had a great experience with the whole staff.

. "The office had calming decor in the waiting area and very clean . The operatory rooms were fun as they were decorated for upcoming Halloween holiday!My nurse (Kathy) was very nice and answered all my questions as to my knowledge & understanding. Dr. Chavis arrived in a very timely manner to meet with me and go over the areas of treatment and answering all of my questions regarding anesthetic and positioning with treatment. The staff was very friendly and professional. The surgeon explained everything clearly and answered all my questions.
My experience with Sono Bello was such a positive one. The kindness and care from the staff was incredible and makes you want to come back again and again. From the moment you enter the you’re greeted with a smile and professionalism. Kat helped me at the front office and made my check in experience a positive one! I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed. Jill was professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly. And as a bonus, the front staff brought a delightful energy to my visit! From the moment I walked in, they were cracking witty jokes and had me laughing. Especially, Kat! Their humor and warmth put me at ease instantly, making the entire experience not only productive but genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend!
