Everyone was very friendly and attentive to anything that I needed. Michelle was a wonderful nurse. There was 80s music playing during the procedure and Michelle was singing. I loved hearing her and I started to relax and sang along with her It was really cool when Dr Chavez joined in. He was down to earth and took care of me as well.

This was my second treatment with Sono Bello, and this time Dr. V performed my surgery. He was excellent! I was still nervous even though I already knew what to expect, but Dr V and nurse Michelle put my mind at ease. Dr V explained everything he was getting ready to do and how at my pre-op and while he was performing the surgery, which also made me feel comfortable. I am really looking forward to my final results!

The staff was very welcoming and professional from consultation to procedure thru final check ups. They helped me to feel comfortable, because surgery is scary. The nurses were very helpful and fun to speak with. Dr. Chavis is excellent! He took the time to listen to me and my concerns and make adjustments as necessary. We both agreed on the final results.
