Top notch! Dr. Chavis and his team of nurses are professional, approachable and comforting. The front office staff are polite and organized. This location is a well oiled machine.

From my first (free) appointment to every follow-up appointment Sono Bello has been nothing but a stellar facility. I'm not going to lie, and the actual procedure was a breeze! My surgeon, Dr. V (for short), the nurses, and even the receptionist were top-notch, but my healing process was less then easy. But put into account that I'm 51 and going through menopause. I’m exactly a week out from surgery and I have to say so far so good! Everything has gone as it was explained to me. Everyone there was very caring and professional as well as personable. Savannah was my nurse the day of surgery and she explained everything perfectly and made me feel comfortable answering any questions I had. Dr V my surgeon was absolutely fabulous, caring and easy to work with. And as promised called to check on me the next day after surgery. I have no regrets and am excited for my new body and journey!!

On 3/17/23 my procedure was performed. My nurse Dawn was so professional and she made me feel at ease. She provided person- centered service and was very personable and she made me feel as if I was her favorite patient. She explained the do’s and don’ts and made sure that I was taken care of. I have no regrets at all. Great Job Dr. Wise and Nurse Dawn 😍
