I went from Large to medium right after my first procedure. Now, over a week from my second procedure, waist and back bra roll, I am mesmerized. I have lost 10 pounds since first procedure along with mindful diet. And I have not started to exercise yet. The pre op nurse, the surgeon, the operative nurse are wonderful. The surgeon even smoothen my ugly vertical c section scar. Have a mentioned I am almost 50? My body does not show :) The girls at work are scheduling their Sonobello appointment.
They really are thieves. They are all nice and great at first, but they care nothing about your health or wellbeing. Sad.
I am 5 weeks in. I think I am happy with the results so far. Hard to know for sure without wearing the compression garment. I know that without it, I feel like I really need it. Still feel like I have been beaten with a bat in all areas worked on. Could certainly have gone back to work after a week, with minimal discomfort. A little concerned about abdominal scarring. Will speak with staff tomorrow...so far, looking good.
