Very professional outstanding work healing process is going well. Staff is very concerning when it comes to the healing process calling and checking up on me to see how things are going. I have heard from other people that the prices were high and unaffordable, but if you talk with the sales person at that time and explain what you need is there is a payment program that may make you want to do what you’re asking them to do for you and I guarantee you will be happy with the work. From the first day I walked in for a consultation through my procedure and a year later a second procedure this office in Indianapolis have been nothing but amazing!!! All of the staff at the front desk are so friendly and kind. All the nurses were wonderful, always making sure you were doing ok. Dr. Wise is awesome!! He really knows what he’s doing. My nurse Michelle was very knowledgeable on my first visit. She explained the process thoroughly. She made sure that I had all the information needed for me to feel comfortable with making my final decision on continuing with the surgery. Dr. Smith came in after Michelle’s information. He answered any questions that I had. He wanted to know what I was expecting from the surgery. Dr. Smith went over how he would perform the surgery and what the recovery time would be. Nurse Ali did an amazing job on my 1 week post-op appointment. Answered all my questions and was super helpful when I got lightheaded when the tape was removed from my incision!
