Staff was very professional, kind, funny, and approachable and authentic. They explained everything before, during and after, and were encouraging and comforting. Nathan (RN) and Dr. Saxon had a great rapport during the procedure. As an RN myself, it was nice to note a mutual respect that is sometimes (stereotypically) lacking between doctors and nurses.
