Janelle is great, she answered all my questions
Front desk staff are friendly and courteous. My consultant was Lauren. Lauren’s disposition is warm, energetic and immediately puts you at ease. She reviewed with me my desires and expectations. She then presented my options and answered all my questions in a clear and thorough manner. Before the conclusion of my appointment she gave me payment options and set a follow up appointment to move forward.

1 week post surgery and the appointment today was great and looking forward to 1 month post op appointment. Amazing all the way around
I was seen on time for this appointment. My nurse Adrienne was absolutely engaged with me giving me feedback and information about my body that I have concerns about. She made me feel more positive with my surgery and things I need to do to support my surgery. Adrienne was very professional and educated about my surgery.
I have never had a bad visit when going to sonobello. The staff and Dr. Bastidas make me feel important and listened to, and overall comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE AND EVERYONE!
Everyone was helpful and answered all of my questions. Extremely friendly staff!!

Hi my name is Sharon Last November, I had a couple of procedures done at Sonobello. My day went well as planned. I had the greatest experience ever. There was no waiting at all and the timing was perfect. I had the best surgeon, Dr Parks which answered so many questions about my procedures at my consultation.
