Starting with my consultation, it was great. I had tons of questions in which all were answered. Christine was great in explaining every little detail of the process from the beginning until the end. I felt very comfortable telling her my concerns and she made me feel comfortable as well. Nothing felt rushed or like they were forcing anything on me. Even after my consultation I had questions and I sent her a message and she responded. To say the least my procedure is scheduled and I am excited. Highly recommended

This was my first visit and I must say I was the staff was very welcoming, friendly, professional, and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured during my consultation like some places. I felt @ ease and was told if there were any questions other than the ones I asked during my consultation please feel free to contact the consultant directly. Everyone has a huge smile on there face and I felt very comfortable. This is a place I would recommend to anyone. Christine Black gets an A plus for my visit.

Every time we've interacted, I've found the staff to be very helpful. All of the people I've encountered have been amazing. Today,, I spoke to Judy.. I like the fact that she allowed me to express my concern and then she said it back to me to make sure she got what I was saying right. It really helped a lot. There have been a couple of hiccups during this but, when I've said I was confused, everyone I spoke to encouraged me to express what I was confused about and, if the person didn't have an immediate answer, she got back ... read more

The entire staff and experience was top notch! I was always greeted warmly by Janelle and Michelle and they always made me feel welcome. I always looked forward to seeing them and making me laugh. Dr. Brownstein was so kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me!

Front desk is always readily available with smiles and welcomes! Visits are on time and informational. My tummy results are obvious! Yay! The rest (sides, hips and inner/outer thighs) are better and in time praying will meet my expectations. All the nurses and staff have been wonderful and helping this to be a wonderful and positive experience! Thank you!
