I visited the Sono Bello branch in Louisville. I met Chyrell Harper and I wanted to say that her customer service and knowledge of the company was impeccable. She smiled throughout the entire meeting and made me feel very comfortable. She answered all of questions with ease and confidence. Chyrell is amazing and the perfect first point of contact for patients.

It's was an amazing experience. Mrs. Harper was amazing. She was very professional and energetic. She met me with a smile and a handshake. She was very laid back but very knowledgeable. Very pleased with my visit. Chyrell was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She provided her undivided attention to me and never seemed rushed or pushy, even though I arrived late. She managed to make me feel very comfortable with the physical exam and discussed all of my fears and concerns. I would definitely recommend Sono Belle and Chyrell.

I had a great experience with my first consultation. Everyone was very kind and also helpful with answering questions. I have been looking for something that isn't as invasive as other procedures with less downtime. They also have financing options and I think they are very reasonable! Im pretty confident that this will give me the results I need and want. I look forward to my second consult with the Dr. who is going to be performing my procedure!
