Went for my consultation last month. The office ambience was nice and tranquil. Brittany was wonderful. She had me complete my initial paper work, and then I was greeted by Chyrell. She is amazing! I am an avid researcher so I had done my homework about the procedures so I didn't have many questions but the ones I did have Chyrell was able to answer them without hesitation. Words go beyond measure on the experience I had at Sonobello!! I visited the New Lagrange location where Cheryll and Brittany displayed great customer service. Hands down to Cheryll; the real kind!! She made sure I didn’t leave until I a package fit my budget! I appreciate the gratitude that was given.

I just left the New Lagrange rd Sonobello location. I wasn't sure what to expect from my visit. Cheyenne got me checked in right away. Chyrell put me completely at ease. I felt like I was talking with a lifelong friend instead of a stranger I had just met. She made me feel comfortable during her explanation of where they would treat my areas of concern and what to expect before and after my procedures. I had my initial consultation with CHYRELL today, March 10. She was a very pleasant person to deal with. She very energetic and explained everything in great detail. She provided so much information upfront that I really didn’t have any questions. Everything was answered before I could even ask. Chyrell is amazing. She not just help me but made me do comfortable about ever questions and concerns I had about the procedure I wanted. She explained everything in so much details that I didn't have second thoughts about not having the procedure done. She is great
