I was concerned I would be frightened to be awake during my surgery. Spencer made me feel safe and comfortable. He gently advised me during the whole procedure. He has a warm personality and seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort. I will never forget how he made what could have been an unpleasant experience into a positive experience. His instructions were clear and kind. Thank you, Spencer!! You are the BEST!
Appointment was very informative. Clear and concise information. Kara was kind and sensitive to my concerns. Great to have a clearly speaking staff. No pressure appointment and options given if I wanted to pursue at a later date.
