Jojo at reception was very kind and friendly but she could not make up for the fact that I waited one hour and 45 minutes before figuring out that Chenise (consultation) decided she was not going to see me. I was the only person in the waiting room the entire time. By the way this was a make up appointment for one that was cancelled. When someone shows you their true face: believe it.
