I’ve seen the commercials for ‘Sono Bello’ several times on TV and after today’s advertisement made the call to set up a consultation appointment for later in the afternoon, same day. Everyone that I had talk ed to from the call center, to the receptionist at the desk and with Jessica, the ‘consultant’ were all very personable. I enjoyed the time spent , during the consultation period with Jessica and I can assure you that she did a very thorough discussion with a physical assessment, discussed preop/postop expectations, the surgical procedure that I’ll be undergoing; and she gave me a brief tour of the surgical side of the office. I have the advantage of understanding everything that Jessica talked about given that I was both a civilian and Army Nurse, now retired. I have a very diverse background in nursing with a heavy concentration in Med-Surg nursing and I’ve been both the care giver and the patient numerous times. My mind is at ease. Currently they have their ‘employee special’ in progress, to defray from the costs. I recommend calling now to take advantage of their promotion. I, also, assure you that Jessica does not do a ‘hard pressure sell ‘, either! My preop and surgical dates are set and a postop visit is included. Per Jessica, if for whatever reason, I am not satisfied with the results, I may have the procedures done again at ‘no charge’. At 65 years of age, I looking forward to meeting Dr. Raine and I am eager to undertake this latest adventure in my life. I rate today’s experience a solid 5! - Major (Ret.) Cheri L. R.

My medical assistant Alysa was wonderful during my pre-op exam. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with my upcoming procedure and make sure all my questions were answered. She made my visit very pleasant.

I feel like I really lucked out having Dr. Raine as my surgeon. I chose Sono Bello, not knowing who I would end up with as an actual surgeon. That’s a little scary. But Sono Bello chose Dr. Raine, and for that I’m very grateful! I was able to check out his credentials ahead of time, which was nice and comforting. But what really made me feel great was when I met him for my pre-op appointment. He made me feel comfortable about how the procedure would go, and I felt like my health was a real priority. But most of all I feel like my end result will be AMAZING! Dr. Raine isn’t just a “lipo doc” (no offense no lipo docs lol). He’s a real plastic surgeon with decades of experience who understands aesthetics and how to get the perfect result and is willing to do what it takes to achieve it. Can’t wait to see my end results!!!

I just had my pre-op appointment, and all the fears I had had about the procedure are GONE. Patricia explained everything in complete detail, answered all my questions and is fun and easy to talk to at the same time. And it’s funny how you walk from the high-end hotel spa-feeling front area, and you go through the doors and you’re suddenly in a very professional, clean, (still pretty but) hospital feeling space. They have everything figured out, pre-planned, I know exactly how to prepare ahead of time so I’ll have the best result, and I know what to expect the day of and the days and weeks after. I hope Patricia is there on the day of surgery — she’s so great at making me feel comfortable. I’m excited! Thank you Patricia!

If you’ve been curious about whether this might be right for you, but you’re worried about being pressured or hard-sold into doing something you don’t need or can’t afford, just make the appointment! I put it off for so long, but when I finally had my appointment it was the complete opposite. Jess is the sweetest person, and I felt like she truly cared about what was right for me. Instead of making me feel bad about my problem areas, she made me feel great. Even talked me out of one of the areas I was considering, which made me feel that much better about doing this at all! She answered all my questions, reassured me, and in the end we came up with a plan that made sense for my body and my budget. Just make the call... at least you can stop wondering ;-)

Dr. Raine cares. Actually cares about your health. I had a wake up call during my visit. He held me accountable but was very kind and informative. I wasn't judged or rushed. Sona Bello is not just about aesthetics it's about overall health. That I appreciate.

I really hope to have Patrica in my care on my follow up appointment. She was like a ray of sunshine coming into the room. She was professional yet treated you like a friend. Very clear in her instructions and most importantly nonjudgmental. I was literally stripped down in undergarments to get marked and she made me feel comfortable. Even to the point where we where laughing and having conversation. even though it was pleasant she made sure to explain everything that I signed and explained the instructions so I could prepare for the procedure a lot less worried. I'm so glad to have a professional team through and through. I highly recommend Sono Bello of Brookfield.

Going into this I was nervous. I was greeted by smiling faces. The waiting room is relaxing and beautiful. They even had a book with before and Afters that included people's experiences. I was greeted by Jessica my patient care associate.
She was so nice, and not judgmental at all, as I am embarrassed of my body. All of my questions where answered. She even told me to think of more questions and write them down. My appointment was not rushed; I felt like a person; not just another number. I am so excited for my procedure. I know what to expect and I'm so grateful to have a team that listens to me and treats me like a star.

The staff at Sono Bello was wonderful! Patricia was especially kind and helped alleviate any fears that I had. She explained everything thoroughly and was so helpful! I would reccomend Sono Bello to anyone.
