The staff were friendly and courteous and professional. The problem I have is that the consultation is in Montgomery but the procedures are performed in Birmingham and to my recollection this is omitted from the information online or otherwise. Also, I was under the impression that the cost was going to $2500 to $5000, not $12000. This was due to having not just liposuction, but having a lower abdominal incision as well, which is not brought up on the website, that I can recall. Had a great experience in the Montgomery AL office. Both Ana Grace & Alysha were very professional with outstanding customer service skills. Both were very pleasant and nice.
