The whole experience has been very pleasant based on the care and attention given to me by the nurse, doctor and front desk. My nurse, Rikki, was super helpful in explaining each step of the process and willing to assist with any questions I had. Her cheerfulness and sincere concern contributed to a good result.
Rikki is excellent and thoroughly explained every detail. She really put my mind at ease. Thank you!!
Rikki was my nurse and she was fantastic! Very patient, answered all my questions on both day of surgery and post op. Great attitude and made me feel comfortable about everything. Dr. Berger was great as well! Direct, to the point, honest and kind. What you want in a surgeon.
I haven't seen enough result yet but I am going to trust my process and see if it gets better. But the customer service are great and the assistant Rikki was great explaining everything to me.

Rikki was my nurse for my one month check-in, she was fantastic. I always have a great visit, all of the staff are friendly, informative and professional.
I always come in with Anxiety to my appointments ,and Ricky always sets me at ease and answers all my questions with patients !
