Rikki was my nurse and she was fantastic! Very patient, answered all my questions on both day of surgery and post op. Great attitude and made me feel comfortable about everything. Dr. Berger was great as well! Direct, to the point, honest and kind. What you want in a surgeon.Â
I haven't seen enough result yet but I am going to trust my process and see if it gets better. But the customer service are great and the assistant Rikki was great explaining everything to me.Â
