Upon arrival the office was very clean. Everything is organized and it's a very peaceful environment and they have music playing that is universal to everyone's taste. Jenna at the front desk is very kind and greeting you with a courteous welcome. I was not waiting long whatsoever when I met Mrs. Saladino for the consultation. She was very courteous and understanding and she listened to everything that I wanted to say to better understand my position and the situation but also for the reasoning as to why I was in the office.... read more

This was my first visit. I have been wanting do this for a long time! Everyone was so nice and accommodating! I left there with all the knowledge I needed to make my decision! Stephanie, the Scheduling Coordinator was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about The Sono Bello experience. My free consultation with Sonobello was reassuring that I had made the right choice. From the beginning, being greeted with a welcoming smile from Jenna at the front desk to the very informative consult with PCC Stephanie. Every aspect of the process was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered.
