Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I can not wait to get my procedure done.
I confused the offices and showed up in Oakbrook instead of Skokie. I informed Kate and she was able to accommodate me. Shaena was very knowledge and took her time to ande the my questions. She listened to my concerns and what I wanted my end goal. I’m the end, she paired me with the surgeon she thought was the best fit. I’m pleased with the consult and looking forward to my surgery.
My therapist got straight to facts and procedures. I was so pleased with the service and the walk thru with financing. I will be recommending the services to my friends and family.
The staff is awesome. From doc, the nurses, my Venus tech, and even the receptionist. Thank you!
