Beautiful clean offices which to me is a good sign of professionalism. Lisa S. was warm and welcoming. She explained the procedure and pricing very thoroughly. I felt very comfortable in a humbling situation.
From my initial visit to my one week postop appointment the staff at Sonobello has been wonderful. They readily answer questions and repeatedly ask if I understand. There are nuances that they want to make sure you understand before making this decision. As for my results, I am visibly trying starting to see a difference (It has been 16 days since my procedure and most of the swelling has gone down) I am told the actual results can take approximately four months and based on my own research, this is pretty standard.
