Bernice was amazing and she covered absolutely everything I needed to know and I would love to have her as my nurse again.
Went in for my free consultation and yes I mean FREE!! When I got there, the office was immaculate and definitely gave off a sense of professionalism. The receptionists that were at the front were amazing! Helped me check in and get the necessary paperwork filled out. Once everything was filled out, I got called to the back for my consultation where I got to meet and work with Mindy, who assisted throughout the consultation. Hello, I’ve been coming to the Ontario facility every day after my surgery on July 31st for wound care. Today Bernice took care of my wound. She was very pleasant and professional. Great bedside manners and compassionate. She listened to my concerns made me feel safe and lowered my anxiety. Thank you Bernice 😊
