I had my first consultation today with Miranda. She was so sweet. She explained everything to me. She helped me do my paperwork. Very nice. I called her when I got to the lab and asked questions about things I needed to know she was available. I thought I was getting on her nerves but she still was so sweet and nice and still help me whatever I need help with thank you Miranda I give you five stars because you deserve it. I can't thank sonobello enough and Julia. They've gone above and beyond to make sure you achieve all your goals. Julia is super amazing. Very helpful and considerate of all my questions and concerns.

Everyone was helpful. Julia the RN showed me my progress with before and after pictures. She looked at my pictures and went over the changes she saw. It was the look I was going for, I’m glad she saw it, it made my results more real.

Went in for my free consultation and yes I mean FREE!! When I got there, the office was immaculate and definitely gave off a sense of professionalism. The receptionists that were at the front were amazing! Helped me check in and get the necessary paperwork filled out. Once everything was filled out, I got called to the back for my consultation where I got to meet and work with Mindy, who assisted throughout the consultation. Hello, I’ve been coming to the Ontario facility every day after my surgery on July 31st for wound care. Today Bernice took care of my wound. She was very pleasant and professional.
