Employees were very friendly along with being professional. The wait was minimal which is always a plus. The medical consultant, Miranda, was very informative of the procedures and what to expect. In no way did she try to persuading me to move forward with the process which eliminates added pressure. Very easy to speak with and felt I could be open with my desires or goals I hope to acheive.
