Karen was wonderful, encouraging and had a lot of positive energy. She answered all my questions. I walked out knowing exactly what I needed to know. She has an amazing personality and makes you feel comfortable the minute you meet her. I will definitely be asking for her when I am ready to proceed with the procedure.

My consualtion was with Karen and she was very theral, polite and answered all my questions I had about the procedure I wanted to have. The staff were very polite and professional. The post Op was longer then expected so be prepared to be there 2-3 hours.
I think the consultation was very direct and covered a lot of good information. but I think there should be smaller packages or options, other than 4 areas that are pushed. I think more people would try the process, if it would cost as much as a small car. But it does sound like it would work if the person doesn't abuse the results.
The experience was very nice. I was very nervouse during my consultation but Karen made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions my parents and I had.
The Receptionists and the Patient Care Consultant Karen were vey professional. The Doctor and Nurses were patient and took their time answering all my questions concerning the procedure.
Karen is very knowledgeable and clearly states all aspects of your services. She spoke to me as a professional and was very courteous.
Karen Was great, got me financially approved within days. Dr. Zachariah called me several times to find out how I was doing. My only disappointment was that I was not prepared with the bruising that occurred after that made me took off more time from work, I’m almost at 90% and in the end it’s all worth it.
My experience was a pleasant one. Lovely 5 star office. Modern & clean. The staff are friendly & personable..Karen was my consultant. She walked me thru the whole process. Explained every detail of the procedure, & what to expect. She was easy to understand. I give her a Big 5 Star thumbs up. Diane G.
Today was my 2 week follow up after my surgery and as always very happy with Julia at Ontario office she was very careful removing my stitches. I also like that she shows me pictures of my progress and always informs me of what to expect. She always has a smile on her face and makes you feel comfortable.
