Everything has been great! Stacy from consulting was amazing. She made an awkward situation very uncomfortable. She was easy to talk to & understanding. Dr S is such a sweetheart & was also very knowledgeable but comforting made sure to continuously make sure I was doing ok during the procedure. His nurse was also very nice & helpful during the whole process. The entire office staff is friendly & helpful. I’m now at one week post opt not much pain at all. Friendly staff for the most part. Had an issue not getting a call back after initial consultation once but they apologized and helped me immediately after. Nurses are nice and polite but they do get you out quickly. The Dr. Was very professional and answered all my questions. The location is clean same as the OR. I wish their location was more convenient since it is currently just under an hour from me.
