Oh my goodness!! What an awesome staff! There wasn’t one single part of their staff that wasn’t friendly, personable, extremely helpful, and patient enough to answer all my questions. I haven’t even met the doctor yet, but if his staff is any indication of what I can expect, I’m so glad I made the choice to go the Sono Bello way!

My consult with Julie was amazing! She was informative and very helpful. I was able to understand my options for procedures, ways to avoid risks, and how to successfully recover. She provided great examples of how I will look after my recovery. I was nervous about having this done and now I am confident, highly motivated, and looking forward to having my procedure completed..

The customer service here is outstanding! The front office staff is amazing, welcoming, and made the check-in and consultation process seamless. The entire team is incredibly friendly, and Dr. Femovich along with the nurses were absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. If you’re ever looking for high-quality service and compassionate care, this is definitely the place to go!

Great from my consultation to the Pre Op visit and the day of the procedure/surgery. The staff is AMAZING, VERY Friendly .Made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Sitting in the exam room with that beautiful skinning bikini. I never felt belittled. Cranberry Sono Bello is the best!!!
