Kortnie is caring, easy to talk to and super knowledgeable in her craft! Her calm and pleasant demeanor immediately put me at ease and swept away any nervousness I was feeling about treatment. I have to start by saying I put in an insane amount of work on myself. I lost over 120lbs in about 6 years. Just that little bit to go and I needed help. I got that and more with the amazing caring staff. From consult to the operating table I felt great about the decision I was making.
