I felt very comfortable with nurse Noelle. Dr. Remains was very informative. It was a very private Pre op appointment with markings on my body to show where surgery will be taken place. They took the time for all my questions as well. I felt informed and pampered. I trust both Dr. Lemaine and Joelle. I feel at ease. 5 stars! Truly!

Joelle was incredibly caring and helpful! She helped assess the pain I was having and gave me several tips to improve the situation. She assuaged any fear about the pain. She called the Dr on her day off to ask for more Gabapentin. She even gave me her tube of Arnica cream to help with the pain. Joelle brought in another nurse to get a second opinion for me. Both nurses encouraged me and showed empathy. Thank you for your time and advice.❤️
