Brittany abbie and Dr Willard are great. One month visit today with Brittany got there early and was called right back. Everything was great.

From my initial decision to make an appointment, every staff member has made me feel special and encouraged. Consult, pre-op, procedure and follow-up visits have been timely and informative. Experience and customer service matter and the Raleigh location is a class act.
I had my 1-month post-op appt today and nurse Alexis was caring and very thorough. I love my results! I’ve had such a positive experience from day one. Dr. Parada was my surgeon and is an artist at her work. A huge thanks to her, nurses Brittany & Alexis, the Bouncer team, and consultant Francesca for taking good care of me throughout this process. I highly recommend Dr. Parada and the team!
