I love the front staff. All the staff truly. Warm welcoming, friendly and most importantly reassuring. Mrs. Doreen is so sweet and kind. We have conversation like we’ve know each other for years and during a process like this feeling comfortable is vital to me. Love the staff here.
The facility is beautiful. Nice cup of coffee while we waited my turn. Nurse was very attentive to my concerns.
I had a great experience with Doreen! She was professional , friendly and made my knees feel much better and all my swelling was gone after my BalnacePro session. I highly recommend Doreen and team.
Ms Joellen was great. Very professional, very nice and clean facility and just a great overall experience, answered all of my questions and I’m so excited and feel comfortable about my upcoming procedure.
I enjoy meeting with my nurse Naomi. She’s very informative, listen, and any and all questions that I have.
I had a wonderful experience at Sono bello. The staff was incredibly professional, caring, and attentive from start to finish, I had Brittany as my pre op nurse and she was so nice she made me feel comfortable and also responded all my questions!
