The staffing team has been just awesome from the beginning starting from the PCC Angie PM Tracey ,Front Desk Doreen,.The assistant that was working with the Surgeon Darline,the nurse Sonya on the procedure day and nurse Kristie,and the amazing Surgeon Dr Willard. You all make a great team.
The Venus treatments are good and get better with time. Alice is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, helpful and great at what she does.

Today was my consultation with Dr. Willard after an unsatisfactory outcome with Dr. Kim Jones. Now I have NEVER had a bad experience with front desk. Always smiling, charming and helpful even on a Saturday morning. Niya (LPN) was my nurse today and she is a joy! Knowledgeable, professional, and also attentive. Now Dr. Willard is a hoot! A VERY personable person. I felt heard and I feel reassured that things will be rectified. I have a good feeling about Dr. Willard and hopefully Niya is there to assist at my follow up.

“Very happy” with the Sonobello surgical experience at the Raleigh office. I went to Sonobello because I struggled with my belly fat and hanging skin after having my children. I had Abex and Trisculpt I recommend these procedures I had a wonderful consultation with Santana, she is one of the main reasons I said “Yes”. Brooke was fantastic! Even though I was not a great candidate for Lipo, she explained why and gave me ideas for alternative procedures. Brooke was very personable, knowledgeable and I felt like she wasn’t just trying to sell me. The front desk was very nice and helpful.
