I just had my 6 month post op visit and this will be my last visit with Sono Bello. This journey has had its ups and downs and it has not been easy but I do not regret it. Dr. Williard did an excellent job on me..,with the help of his nursing staff whom were very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Love them!! Angie Suing was exceptional in explaining the process of SonoBello. She answered all the questions I had. Also kept me informed with follow up. Doreen at the front desk was extremely helpful in the process of payment and receipts an extremely friendly. I do believe you can’t ask for a better staff and when Angie was not available, Ashely stepped in and helped out.. You obviously have a great team!
I went to sona bello in Raleigh nc first thing is the facility is very clean .the receptionist Sarah was so nice and welcoming.and the nurse niya was very welcoming and nice and she answered my questions and was honest with me .then i met my doctor. Doctor Smith was very nice seem down to earth lol he was honest as well about my results he made me feel good about my decision as it gets closer to my procedure day witch is next week I get super nervous but staff assured me everything is gone be alright I'm so ready thank u Son... read more
