Didn’t have an actual surgery yet, but so far I had an excellent experience
Everything went smooth from check in to pre op to surgery to post op. The receptionist Billie was very welcoming and helpful checking in was a breeze. Nurse Niya was very polite and friendly she even remembered me from my 1st surgery back in April of 2021. That really meant a lot and shows how much the care about the patience. I’ll definitely recommend to family and friends.
As said in my last post I would return. To the team Dr. Atun, Ruby, Zakia Don, Samantha and I must not forget Desiree. I’ve always had a confidence in myself, but NOW it has hit the roof. I’m post op day 1 abex no doubt it hurts a little but it looks so NICE. Dr Atun you are simply amazing. Thank you so much. The staff are awesome! Everyone has been extremely friendly during the entire process. They were very informative of what would be taking place. The doctor even made herself available after hours when I had questions after my procedure. My recovery has been super smooth. I would definitely recommend them!! You won’t regret it.

From the night before my procedure I felt the clinic was in tune with me as a patient. Doreen was reviewing my chart and realized I had an allergy to tape and she made sure to call to make sure it was noted correctly in my chart. When I got there on procedure day everyone was wonderful. They put my mind to ease and made sure to tell me how the process was going to go. I came in for my pre op appointment today and saw Dr. Morgan and Ruby. I was so impressed with those ladies!! They were amazingly awesome!! Ruby and Dr. Morgan y’all are the best!!
