It was such a pleasure to work with my consultant, Jessica King. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Jessica really listened to my needs. She was not pushy and truly had my end goal in mind. She eased my worries and fears. Jessica was so patient with my husband who had numerous questions. She addressed his concerns and made him feel comfortable. Jessica went above and beyond and added the extra personal touch. I would go so far as to calling her a friend. She is a true gem.
On my journey back to self, I'd been teetering back and forth with the idea of going in for a consultation. First and foremost I have to say thank you to the entire sono Bello team from my first consultation with Michelle, my pre-op with Dr. Nickodem and her nurse, to the day of my procedure (omg my nurse that day was amazing I was so shocked to know how young she was, she definitely has a old soul) all the way to my post-op with my nurse Imani.
