Fantastic! Amazing staff and Naomi was the best. I highly recommend going to this location for any if your needs.
The day I went in for my consultation, I waited an hour which I though was so disrespectful of my time though they did a good job of updating me, Naomi came out 2 times to check on me, brought me hot tea and some crackers and gave my daughter a coloring book & crayons, there were a lot of people that day. Kiana brought my daughter a blanket and moved us back into the family waiting room. The staff was great! I had such a great experience with them and they went above and beyond to help me with my new transformation. Naomi worked and helped me every step of the way and helped me more than I could have asked for. Everyone in 5he office was great and the ladies at the front desk werr friendly and very helpful with any questions I had or any concerns. They made sure that the right people got the message. Everyone was so helpful and informative every step of the way. Both my husband and I are one week out and already happy!
Well, the doctor was very nice, he played oldie but goodies (music) while He was doing my procedure. It was a lot more painful than I thought it would be. I got a lot of information, which is good. Everyone was very friendly and caring.
With the exception of a snag at the beginning my experience at Sono Bello has been very nice.
