I was very surprised the experience I had with the customer service I received. It was outstanding. I was a bit nervous on going and now looking forward to my results. The patient care consultant was Jessica. She was very understanding of my needs and experience in the past and changed an experience to a wonderful one.
Everyone at Sono Bello in SLC was great, going out of their way to make me comfortable. Jessica Blayden especially was amazing. She's the one that explained everything to me and helped me find a financing plan that fit my budget. So far, so good. Jessica was great to work with to get the procedure scheduled and paid for. I just had the procedure. The pain is a lot less than expected. I’m still waiting to see results. Hoping it’s great.

I really thought the procedure was going to hurt at least the numbing part. But for me, it was totally painless. I was given pain medication and I am almost 24 hours out of my procedure and I have not taken any pain medication at all just Tylenol. So I am very happy for that. The staff At the Sandee sono Bello were wonderful and I appreciate them very much, I would refer anybody and everybody to them to get it in the top of this kind of procedure done.
