From the consultation to the procedure to first followup everything and everyone was wonderful. Everyone working there has the personality for such a office. Jessica, Bailey,Andrea, Dr Stewart all the front desk gals were so welcoming. They give realistic expectations with your procedures. Just hope I didn't say anything I shouldn't have after the sedation, during the procedure. :) Thanks so far for a positive experience.
As always, Chandler was very professional and friendly. I love having my Venus treatment done with her. I look forward to each visit.!
The staff at Sono Bello is outstanding! They were supportive and informative every step of the way. They checked in with me often after the procedure and answered all my questions. In fact, the doctor himself called the evening of the procedure to check on my condition. The staff provided contact numbers for me to make contact at any time. I received updated emails about what I should expect at each stage of healing. The support was outstanding.
The staff has been so friendly! They've walked me through everything so that I've had no surprises!

Chandler is the technician that has been doing my treatment since the very beginning. She is very kind, professional, and easy to share things with. I've liked my treatments and only have a couple of them left. I've seen a noticeable difference in my skin tone/tightening. You do have to do things on your own to make this work, such as exercise. But it's a painless procedure and I really like how Chandler relates to her customers!
Chandler has been doing my stomach treatments and is a ball to talk with. She makes me comfortable during my treatments in what at some times can be a bit awkward. Chandler is a real professional and it’s easy to see why she’s on your team. My driving job for FedEx has made it difficult to make and keep my appointments, and has been so friendly and has helped me reschedule on more than a few occasions.
Everyone was very kind, accommodating, and professional. The procedure was explained in detail step by step as well as what to expect going forward at the one week appointment.
Chandler was extremely personable and made feel comfortable. She was professional and friendly! I enjoyed her company and left feeling like we were good friends! Thanks Chandler!!
