I recently had an initial consultation with Verenia, she was knowledgeable and personable and was able to answer all of the questions and concerns I had about the procedure. The meeting was efficient and gave me all of the information I needed to make a decision. I was not confronted with high-pressure sales tactics; something that I greatly appreciated.

Receptionist is courteous and professional. The nursing staff are thorough and strategic in preparing the patient for their procedure. They talk you through the process prior to and after the procedure. And Dr. Westfield listens to your concerns and is very honest about the possible outcomes. I appreciate the time he takes to personally call you the following day to check up on your recovery. All in all, I’ve had a positive and supportive experience with the San Antonio office and medical staff.
