Because I am a military vet, I have a specific expectation for timeliness. My appointment was at 12:30. I arrived at 12:15 and wasn’t seen until after 1pm. Although I was annoyed by this, Bryanna and Verenia were very accommodating and comforting. I can not say enough good things about Sono Bello, and Verenia in particular. Genetics has given me a double chin that no amount of dieting will fix. My consultation went very well, and not only did I feel validated for my feelings, but Verenia helped me work the procedure into my budget as well. Can’t’ wait to see my results!

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Verenia conducted my consultation and she is very knowledgeable! She guided me through the procedures she felt were best for me in the areas of my concern. She detailed the timeline of the procedures so I could plan accordingly. Verenia also explained payment/finance options and had me financed in just a couple of minutes. She made it so easy!

Wonderful customer service. Verenia was very attentive and provided me with an honest assessment. Turns out, what I'm looking for is not a service Sonobello provides. However, I was provided with referrals to other businesses that could offer me further assistance.

My personal experience was wonderful starting with the first and second consult with Verenia Ohanian. She is a true gem, warm, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Verenia is also honest in her opinion and she followed up through every step of the proceedures. I met with V and she made me feel so comfortable with what she had to do to look at me and talk to me about what I needed to have done. I have extra medical issues and so she set me up for a meeting with the doctor. The doctor and his nurse, just as nice and made me feel very comfortable with what all we had to look at., (Mirrors haven’t been my friend). Very knowledgeable.

Marvelous experience from beginning to end. Verenia greeted me on initial consult and explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns. Also checked in on me through the journey. All staff were very courteous and gave caring treatment.I just love Dr. Schaner to pieces. He did a very good job. My mobility has increased, my clothes fit again, and I feel much better. Definitely would do it again!
