I had my 3 month appt today and everything went well. Everyone from the front office to the back are super sweet. Always asking have you been checked in or need anything. After my 3 month appt, I had my 1st Venus treatment on my stomach area. The pressure and heat were tolerable (I wish I could of had my whole body treated or where can I get a machine for my home). Nice office, nice people. Verenia is exceptional.I felt like I was the only client. Never rushed. She was encouraging, compassionate, very professional. I never felt embarrassed. She went above and beyond to help me. Grateful for the experience!
Verenia was outstanding and very helpful. She walked us through all the options and was the reason we decided to proceed.
From the very beginning everyone I came into contact with was inviting and very friendly. The representative I spoke with asked me to call her V which help me to feel less nervous. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and this made me feel right at home. Also V did not pressure me in any way which made my experience exceptional.
From the people in the front desk to talking V to the nurses and Dr. Schaner, my experience was phenomenal. Thank you all for changing my life!!! You all are beyond amazing! Verenia went above and beyond. When she discovered that the surgery that I need was not done by the center she gave me contact information for three other doctors who do that surgery. I really appreciate that level of service. Thank you.
