V made me feel so welcome and comfortable discussing my options even though I had a million questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. I’d reached out before and decided to put it off until I heard a friend had just gone through with it. I was a little nervous about going ! but I did! It was very clean friendly ,quiet in the waiting room office. When they called me for the consultation ( and it was pretty quick ) that’s where I was met by my consultant Verenia. She was very nice, informative and beautiful, smiling as she showed me pictures of people before and after sonobello and how it impacted their lives in a positive ways. I thought Verenia was exceptional she displayed a pronounced knowledge of the procedure I would be doing and her vivid explanation and rich metaphors Helped me to understand things much better. I was very comfortable with the constant communication. The entire staff has been very professional and kind. I’m a week past procedure and feel great. Bruising of course, but no more than expected. I have second procedure scheduled in 3 weeks. Very pleased overall.
