I had my procedure 5 months ago. I wanted to wait to see how my healing went before I provided feedback. I’m a very private person and my initial experience with the consultant was not the greatest. Everything changed for me once I met the surgeon and nurses. The front desk is always very pleasant and the best part is she remembers my name!! So....i have worked in a field of Customer service for 30 years, I was overly impressed from Start to finish. I was treated so respectfully . It was straight up personal service, from financing, to pre-op , to Surgery. My recovery has been wonderful.
