I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience at Sono Bello. Gia & Natasha are the best-ever receptionists; they are always friendly, courteous, & professional, regardless of the simplicity or complexity of my issues/needs. Their attitudes & compassion calmed my anxieties & made my experience way less stressful than it could have been. They are KEEPERS for real!!
Gia and Natasha are always a pleasure to deal with. They greet me with a smile every time and Gia is always prompt and attentive.
You answered all my questions and was very comfortable to speak with all while handling the paper work.
I have had a great experience with Sono Bello. I had Lipo with Ab/Ex. Dr Olivieri is very professional and very knowledgeable about this procedure and has a great sense of humor. The entire staff if very friendly and glad to see you and answer your questions and willing to help you in anyway they can. I appreciate all of them and would go back for another procedure if/when needed.

The total experience was great! The staff and my doctor were professional and supportive, as well as friendly. I am 6 weeks out from my surgery and procedure and I feel great! I look great and have so much more self confidence. I would recommend ( and I already have recommended) Sono Bello to my family and friends

Dr. Nero was so knowledgeable and completely honest with his evaluation. The day of surgery he answered every question without hesitation. He made sure that I was not too anxious and ready, whenever he needed to do something different. He was constantly asking me how I was doing or feeling. He kept me comfortable offering more local anesthesia if I needed it (but I didn’t). He wasn’t too heavy handed while doing the Lipo. Everything was done very well and professional from the beginning to the end there was one moment of concern that was quickly remedied. My doctor was excellent. The follow up chair has been excellent.
I cannot adequately express how pleased I am with my results at the St Louis Sono Bello. Absolutely everyone is first- class. From Gia and Natasha at the front desk, to Nurse Alex and Dr Nero, consultant Stephanie, and the office manager. I highly recommend this team!
