My experience with Sono Bello was AMAZING. The staff was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. They made sure all of my questions were answered and that I was informed of what to expect. I did not feel like this was just another procedure to Sono Bello, I felt very catered to. I already have 2 friends who said they will be doing consultations.

I LOVE the people and energy from this location! The doctors are wonderful and the staff is great! I highly recommend having them take care of your needs as far as cosmetic surgery, you won't regret it 😉.

Customer Service experience was beautiful!!.. The receptionist, consultant, nurses and dr.... I love how my body is healing and forming.. I have more confidence and my mental health is even better...Thank you guys soooo much..

From my first consultation Stephanie who explained the whole process of how Sono Bello could help me. Getting undressed in front of anyone when you are overweight is never easy but Stephanie was extremely professional in fact I called her or messaged her with questions. I feel like part of the family!!!! What a great team Dr Shatz and Sono Bello has created! Dr was so gentle during my procedure and he also did the EX procedure and his technique is superb. I always enjoy my visits at Sono Bello,they have a new technician named Sherreh that is a wonderful addition. Their staff is very personable, very professional, and is always entertaining. It was great to see Hannah. I miss seeing her. Congratulations to her on her new job as well! The best part of my visit this time was that a customer in the waiting area was upset that I have a service dog and the staff handled it in a very gracious, pleasant manner and the client nor myself left feeling negative. From beginning to end my experience was amazing. Upon my initial contact the representative was very patient and flexible with working out a date and time that works best for me. My consultation with the doctor was very thorough and he was very detailed and his explanation and sat and talked with me until I was finished.
