Dorothy Jenkins at the Tacoma branch and I can’t leave Kayleen and the manager out there, they were all so knowledgeable and really know their position. I wasn’t able to get anything done there at the facility on my end but when I’m able to I’ll be getting my procedure done there at that office. Thank you all for being the best at customer service!

Friendly staff and very straight forward! They are very informative and answered every one of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I have recommended some of my friends and family members and I look forward to hearing about their experiences as i know they will be just as great as mine!
Office and staff are professional. Great precautions are in place for Covid. Dorothy went over all options and answered my questions. Janelle at front desk helped with all the paperwork and made sure I had everything completed. Dr. Plaskon explained the oricedure in amazing detail which made me feel confident in his abilities.

Love Sono Bello in Tacoma! Every time I go there I’m greeted by Janelle and Cailin with amazing patient experience. Julianna helped me get set up for my Covid test and was super nice and helpful. I was extremely nervous and the nurse Monyca was so calm and talked me through the process. She made it a fun experience and calmed all my nerves. Would recommend!
