Shanda!!!! What can I say? Her 'no joke' approach was welcomed in a World that seems to candy coat everything. I found her an absolute joy to be my consultant this day, and has, proven to be professional in the answering of all my questions. I was very put at ease by the way she explained post recovery and was sincerely delighted with how she was able to make me feel as if I was her one and only patient.
