Jade welcomed me into the office, offered me bottled water and got me started on my paperwork. Pepita reviewed all of my paperwork in depth and answered all my questions about what would happen before, during and after the procedure. She went over all the finance info, doctor info and answered my questions before I could even think of them. I appreciate their warm and professional manner.
