From the minute I walked into the Sonobello office, the receptionist and advisor answered all my questions, and put me at ease with the decision I was about to make. I do not hesitate and Schedule my appointment. An appointment day I felt like the nurse was my friend my whole life that’s how nice she was. I met with my surgeon and explained everything to me in detail, and I left there feeling excited about my decision.
This is my first time ever going through a pressure like this and it made me so so happy that I had it done with Sono Bello - an amazing experience starting with Rachel’s introduction following my pre-opp with Sue such of smile welcomed, then the day of the surgery Maritza (I hope this is her name) and Lisa what a wonderful team and Dr. Berger such of nice and professional at the same time….overall I’m very happy and will be more happy when I see the results of the surgery 😊
From the front desk staff to the physicians, every contact was amazing. They provided full information, and answered even my anticipated questions. The actual surgery was wAs fast but comfortable, and the doctor prepared me for what to expect. Far exceeded my expectations.
