Raven at the front desk was great the minute I first met her at the facility. I had an early morning consultation scheduled on a Saturday morning. She was bright, cheery and very informative. She took the initiative to assist me my payment transaction. The day of my pre op appt I was leaving with so many questions.Raven stopped me and contacted staff to re visit with me before I left to ensure I was comfortable and happy . Day of surgery, she welcomed me with a bright smile.
I went for my consultation, I was nervous but she was very nice and patient to me. Explained everything and make sure I understand. She tried to understand me and support my decision.
I went in for just a consultation, however that quickly changed to scheduling a surgery date. Claudette was amazing at explaining everything, and understanding my needs all while making me feel the most comfortable. Claudette was patient and answered my extensive list of questions and was super kind! I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends!
