Hate that I do not qualify for this, but Jenn was very good at her job and bery good at explaining why I could not be helped and the factors that influenced that decision. I was not sure I wanted any procedures, so I was not devastated by the decision. I do appreciate the time you gave to me at my appointment.

Overall a good consultation. My questions were answered and she was relatable and nice. I was not pleased with the fact that I was not seen at my appointment time, I know they are busy, but I also don't think she controls her schedule.
