Nicole was very nice at hosting me into the office. Offered me refreshments and explained the process. Courtney was great at explaining the procedures I was interested in. She was so understanding and personable. She made feel very comfortable with moving forward with what I want to get done. Both ladies were so professional. It makes sense why they appeared to operate an efficient office.
