Pleasant and to the point. While I get the purpose of follow up, the follow up practices by Sono Bello are a bit over the top, borderline excessive
Jennifer is GREAT very knowledgeable understanding with an easy at going personality that makes a customer (Me) comfortable with the consultation and where decisions I (Customers) need to make, she makes it easier.. You Should have more people like her in Sono Bello..
