RecommendedI hate dentist and not knowing my wife made an appointment for me here off of a Facebook add. I would have never went!! To my surprise Dr Woods and his staff have been the best!!!!!!!
I have never been to a better Dentist. Even the front desk was amazing. They also had my name on a sign to greet me before I arrived. Everything was covered by insurance, and it was absolutely amazing. When I sat down she explained that the QR code on the screen facing me can be scanned to have someone bring headphones, blankets, pillows, etc. First off they took xrays with a very cool hand-held xray gun. and it was extremely quick. From the initial call to make my appointment, meeting the front desk girls, the hygienist Lana, and Dr. T, my experience was very positive. Every procedure was explained in detail and the team made sure I was comfortable. Thanks for a great experience! 👍🦷😄
Was nervous about my 2 hour appt this morning, but it turned out fantastic! My dental tech was very friendly, chatty, and knew exactly what to do to make me feel comfortable. She was quick and thorough. And Dr. W was not all business when he came in. He wanted to know all about me as well as my likes and dislikes. I highly recommend Sonterra Dental! The front office staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient with checking in and out. Allison was my hygienist and she went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable, explaining what she was doing every step of the way.
