Was nervous about my 2 hour appt this morning, but it turned out fantastic! My dental tech was very friendly, chatty, and knew exactly what to do to make me feel comfortable. She was quick and thorough. And Dr. W was not all business when he came in. He wanted to know all about me as well as my likes and dislikes. I highly recommend Sonterra Dental! The front office staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient with checking in and out. Allison was my hygienist and she went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable, explaining what she was doing every step of the way. I HATE the dentist but had the BEST experience here. I have never encountered a nicer, more customer service oriented staff anywhere, let alone at the dentists office. Will be returning here and referring everyone to come here and will likely start looking into additional procedures because I am so impressed with this place.
New patient, same day service and made me feel like I have been apart of their family for years. The staff and dentists are genuine with their care and professionalism.
