Just left the office, staff was super nice, answered all questions and just made me feel very comfortable.... I would definitely recommend this place again...
Friendly staff
If you're interested in laser hair removal I would recommend South Bay Med Spa. I had received treatment in Beverly Hills prior to coming here. The machine they use has minimal pain

They are very kind. They do try and upsell you but they don't try and pressure you at all.
The facility was clean and the staff was professional. I was able to get an appointment the day after purchasing my Groupon. The R.N. mentioned two other products I could consider but there was no hard upsell. I was very happy with my experience.
Jennifer was friendly and knowledgable, I will defiantly go back for more services.
Very pleasant & helpful staff. Treatments are fantastic and at a great price. I would definitely recommend it and will return for other visits.
