Dr. Baker is extremely knowledgeable and displayed remarkable professionalism. During my procedure all of my questions were fully answered and Dr. Baker's demeanor put me at ease. I was impressed that Dr. Baker took the time to personally call me hours after my procedure to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. Dr. Baker and his group are top notch!
Dr Arnoldt was nice and informative. His assistant on the other hand was rude and obnoxious. She spent the beginning of my visit chastising me for not bringing my X-rays from my previous oral surgeon. Told me if it was her she would have brought them. She was rude with poor customer service. I literally almost walked out of the exam room before the Doctor even came in to see me. It was my first visit to that dental group and will likely be my last. I had two teeth extracted prepping bone for implant.
STAY AWAY FROM BENN LIEBERMAN! Wisdom tooth extraction ended up getting infected, so I went back a few months later for him to clean it out. Turns out his clean up didn't do anything (he left leftover bone and infected tissue), so I had my normal dentist clean out the rest (which happens to be a very painful process). We would then find out that my bone had been infected and Benn Lieberman couldn't take the time to look at the scans he had taken the week prior, so it not only resulted in more pa
Find another, 0 Bedside manner. Novacaine? Expect 0 patience shove it in your mouth bang .fun. Obviously has no love for what he does anymore , very abrupt. I have problems getting numb, had a tooth pulled, 0 care that I was numb, he's a bigger guy had to break the tooth apart which was normal, but I still had pain as he's jerking my head around and digging said "ow" and says to me can you keep it down you'll scare my other patients. Are you kidding me? thats what you're concerned about? Beware
Not trustworthy. Dr Arnold used a faulty chain when doing oral surgery, and it had to be redone. Excessive x-rays were taken.
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Lieberman. He was dismissively rude to his staff, he became annoyed that I was tense in the chair, he left after the procedure and did not return to give me any follow up instructions. Thoroughly unprofessional.
